The morning practice is short and non-negotiable, in the way that brushing your teeth is non-negotiable: twenty minutes of breath, movement, and writing, before the inbox opens. We do not check what you do. We notice when you don't.
The Monday ritual is one hour, on video, all operators on screen, in the uniform, with a shared agenda. The first ten minutes are personal — a high, a low, a weather report. The next thirty are domain updates. The last twenty are open questions. Then we close, on time, with a sentence each about what we are taking into the week.
The seasonal closes are real holidays. Each quarter ends with a half-day of writing — what worked, what did not, what we are retiring, what we are bringing forward — followed by a half-day of doing nothing on purpose. The fiscal year ends with three days off the calendar entirely, paid, no exceptions.
These rituals are not perks. They are the company's nervous system. Skip them and the body loses coordination. Keep them and the work has somewhere to land.
