The Day-One Kit Is Embarrassingly Nice. We Have Made Peace With This.

"A chair that does not actively conspire against your spine."

Hardware, software, and a home-office stipend designed by people who have read the research on chair posture and refused to apologize for it.

Default kit on day one: a fully-specced laptop, a beautiful external display, a chair that does not actively conspire against your spine, noise-cancelling headphones, and a small care package which contains a candle, a notebook, and a slightly aggressive amount of dark chocolate.

Software stack: Notion, Linear, Figma, Granola, 1Password, the AI tools we trust this quarter, the design tools we cannot live without, and the writing tools we use to keep the brand voice from regressing into LinkedIn cadence.

Remote/in-person policy: remote-first, with a $3,000 home-office stipend per year. We meet in person twice a year, in places we choose for the food more than the conference rooms. This is not a flex; this is the most efficient way to run a company that does not believe in commuting as a moral virtue.
